[JinJuu] 韓流西食

之前都有在JinJuu吃午餐, 不過晚餐呢卻是第一次。都說了, 人在中環工作, 下班的時候只會想快快離開這一個地區, 誰會想在自己工作的地區久留啦。但當然也有例外的時候, 誰叫中環是美食最多的地區之一呢。

這一晚, 和一大班朋友來的型格非常的JinJuu。只見店內不少組合都是六人以上的, 看來, 大多數人同我們一樣, 都是來友情相聚的囉? 的確, Jinjuu的菜式也是頗適合作分享之用。

Seared Japanese hand dive scallops with doenjang cauliflower puree,

grilled soy marinated leek & beetroot crisps.

BOSSAM PORK BELLY $240

Ssam jang twice cooked Iberico pork belly, doenjang & gochujang glaze.

GLAZED USDA SHORT RIBS $330

Slow braised tender cubes of USDA beef short ribs.

Served with crispy shoestring potato, garlic chips, grilled vegetables & basted with soy glaze.

HANWOO RIB EYE STEAK (300G) $1040 

Grade 9 Hanwoo Korean beef rib eye, grilled vegetables, bulgogi style soy glaze. 

ROASTED HALIBUT WITH KIMCHI SALSA $250

Roasted Halibut with gochujang spinach, Thai asparagus, baby potatoes & kimchi jalepeno salsa.

THE INTERVIEW HK$120

Buffalo Trace Bourbon, boricha (roasted barley), Sac Sac orange, black smock, citrus & aromatic bitters. Named after a 2014 comedy where American journalists travel to North Korea to interview Kim Jong-un, this refreshing cocktail blends East & West perfectly.
